How it works
The Widget connects your Kommo to OpenAI and we offer you some salesbot models that you can edit, customize and use freely, according to your needs. Your bot's instructions, as well as the content it should be based on, are managed directly on the OpenAI Platform (Assistants).
Requirements
Have a license Kommo on the Advanced or Enterprise plan (as you will need Salesbot), an existing OpenAI account with API Key and an Assistant ID, which can be easily obtained at https://platform.openai.com/.
Instalação
Fill out the form with your identification data, enter the OpenAI API Key and Assistant ID.
After filling out, a link will be made available to download the file with the salesbot template(s).
Then, simply import them in the “Communication Tools” section, under no environment Kommo, in the Salesbots section (import a new bot).
Open AI API
The cost per response generated is charged separately, directly with OpenAI, through its API. It varies depending on the language model (Ex: GPT-4, GPT-3.5, etc.).
